What every invoice needs

Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark, no limit on invoices and no paid tier. Fill in the form, download the PDF, done.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts at all. Your documents, client list and business details are saved only in your own browser (localStorage) so you can reuse them next time on the same device.
Is my invoice data sent to your server?
No. The invoice and PDF are built on your device. Nothing you type is uploaded, except text you choose to send to the optional AI helpers, which is passed to our AI provider to generate a reply and not stored by us.
Can I add my logo and brand colour?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG logo, pick one of six colours or any custom colour, and choose the Carbon, Block or Plain style. The logo is resized on your device and remembered for next time.
Can I make quotes, receipts and credit notes too?
Yes. Switch the document type to quote/estimate, proforma, receipt, credit note or commercial invoice. You can also convert a quote into an invoice, and an invoice into a receipt or credit note, in one click.
How do I number my invoices?
Each new document takes the next number after your last saved one (INV-0009 becomes INV-0010). Numbers should be unique and sequential; see our invoice number guide for formats that work.
Does it calculate tax, discounts and deposits?
Yes. Add a tax rate (named Tax, VAT, GST or anything you like), mark lines as non-taxable, apply a percentage or fixed discount, add shipping and subtract deposits already paid.
Where are my saved invoices if I switch device?
They stay on the device and browser where you made them. To move them, download the PDFs. Clearing your browser data, or using "Clear all my data", deletes them.
