Privacy and your data

Short version: your invoices never reach our servers. There are no accounts and no database.

What’s stored, and where

When you save, print or download a document, InvoiceQuick stores it in your browser’s localStorage on this device: the document itself, your business details and logo (so the next invoice is pre-filled), your client list, and an unsaved draft on the home page. It never leaves your device and we can’t see it. Clearing your browser data removes it, and so does the button below.

PDFs

PDFs are generated in your browser. No copy is uploaded.

Optional AI helpers

Two features use AI: “Describe the job, get line items” in the generator, and the invoice email writer. Only when you press their buttons, the text you typed in those boxes is sent to our server and on to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to produce a reply. We don’t store it or use it to build profiles. Don’t include bank details or other sensitive data in those boxes. Your invoice itself is never sent.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It’s cookieless and doesn’t collect what you type into forms.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) to serve pages and keep the service secure.
